When you least expect it in some cases. Don't know really.
Been so terribly busy with assignments. I already tinkered with some possible quick thumbnail sketches of you months ago just for fun. I wasn't pleased with them. My mind will eventually spark up an idea. Till then my processor is overclocking on current assignments and getting some time set asside to prepare for an art expo in September.

Sounds right to me. And you and I are about 100 posts apart from eachn other roughly. Would be fun and interesting to see the top 5 posters in the 2000 mark. I wonder how it will look when we hit the 10000 or the 20000 marks.

I think it would be funny to have a rating for how many of our posts are good informative posts and how many are just crap. (Like this! ) I'm thinking 75%/25% for mine, heavy on the crap! All we seem to do is yap, but then, that's why we are here right?

BTW: I think the gap is widening, I am about 120 in front of you now. You slowin' down on me boy?

Thanks. I've been compiling up past artwork to form a miniportfolio to show people the type art I do, which is both traditional art and digital art. Some of my digital Tron stuff might be in it. My boss is hosting me along with two other artists from the gallery. Am a little nervous cause I don't know what to expect since I've never done this before, but I'm excited about the possibilites. The event is at Atlanta Georgia. You do awesome work with your robot imagery - and it's a very fitting image with that... is it a power pencil he's wielding there? It looks great!

Yeah Karl, I made it in photoshop. One of my mini breaks to let my mind rest from stareing at text in Typography.

Thanks. It's a #2 pencil he's using Todd. The tip is glowing, leaving a little drawn light path in the air. This is the image, scaled down of course. It's not finished, just a idea at the moment. Vortex will recognize him from our last chat session.


I've been deciding upon using a different avatar. I think a robot personally suits me better than my Sketch fourm character in a way. Just testing some ideas at this moment.

Anyway, to get back on topic... Good job on the 400 posts PimpDragon!
