Congrats DaveTRON .. may the bluetooth digicon sprites be with you. 
Wireless gaming is an exciting arena. I have some interesting games on my phone (darts, Tennis) which can be multiplayer over bluetooth. I've played some team racing and golf over bluetooth, very fun. I had the old classic Qbert on my older phone .. Always wanted to find new and retro games for it ..
Make us a tron game dave !!

There's just so much irony there because a team of friends and I are working on a extra curricular cel phone gaming project where we are also going to create our own game and sell it online. We have style, characters and story pretty much worked out. In that project, I'm the head artist. Do you think you can help give us some pointers when you start up? We're working in Java (Or more acurately J2ME).

Congratulations, Dave! Your new job sounds cool. THQ usually has quite a few nice licenses to work with so it will be interesting to see what you're working on.
I guess we've both done fairly well for ourselves recently. I got a job about a month ago as head sound engineer at a local night club running 3 sound stages on the weekends. Fun stuff, and even if it doesn't pay much, the experience is priceless. I still need another job though to supplement my income. I guess I really need to move out of Wisconsin first if I want to get the jobs I'm really interested in. heh.
btw, it's any coincidence that my fiancee is currently looking for a job composing music for ringtones and cell phone games. If anyone's hiring where you're at for that position, gimme a holler! Just passing the word just in case. I have to pimp the lady.
