During the election on the evening of November 2nd, John Stewart had a 1 hour live show and it was funny as hell! Well I'd expect no less.
Anyway, there was a part where Jon was discussing with one of the reporters who was stationed at a computerized voting booth tally machine and they were discussing how the vote was counted and such.
Jon wanted more detail into how the vote was counted and the guy started talking about how the vote is taken down the "Game Grid" and they showed Light Cycle footage from TRON and of course everyone in audience was laughing their asses off including myself at home. My sister called me up right after the clip aired and we both laughed in TRON delight.
I thought about taping the show but decided not too, now I wish I had. It was very funny stuff!abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

The footage was of the very first few moments of the first lightcycle battle in the film, between SARK and the unnamed conscript, as the lightcycles dueled, turning quickly left and right.
The reporter, rereferring to your vote being "carried across the game grid" by operatives who were "very reliable" made me laugh in an insider-kinda way when he described them as "non-partisan".
Of course, the combatants in the Game Grid couldn't be MORE partisan.

Yes, it was halarious. I had this feeling that they were going to do a Tron reference when they started talking about the "Little Men" inside the computer "whisking your vote" to its destination. I got a big kick out of that.
Also, I personally feel that the Daily Show coverage last night was the best election coverage on TV at all last night
