Well, first and foremost, Miyiazaki-sensei:
Nausicaa
Sen to Chihiro
Laputa
amongst others. And then..
Metropolis
Ninja Scroll
Sword of the kamui
Ghost in the Shell
But as a rule, I believe Anime works best in series, not movies. Anime movies kind of tend to be lenghty and obscure for cramming too many things. Case in point: Akira!order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill onlineabortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

PranksterBit: actually, GitS the movie did a damn fine work of compressing an incredibly detailed manga. I tell you, the author is crazy. Absolutely crazy.
Compucore: The Transformer history is quite peculiar, but in short, yes there was. "Transformers the movie" was an american-japanese coproduction, while many subsequent series (headmasters, masterforce, and so on) were 100% anime.
Nikster: Project A-ko rules! Should've listed that. Unfortunately I got to see it only recently, so it's not deep-rooted in my imagination
And last but not least, DaveTRON: Kimba is a classic, one of the many, many creations of Osamu Tezuka. Very oldschool

People say that. I certainly can see similarities, but frankly, what modern story didn't come from or was inspired by some other story? It's like the whole Nadia vs Atlantis schitck from a few years ago.
If you want an interesting story that came from a lot of earlier stories, you need look no further than your bible! It's been going on since the beginning.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

I always dug A.D. Police Files, Bubblegum Crisis and Dominion Tank Police.
Robotech also owns, as does Voltron.
Movie-wise, I'd go with Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust and Akira, although Steamboy looks frickin' amazing!order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

Of course, VHD.. I _knew_ I was forgetting something. Loved both movies..
Nadia and Atlantis are a good example of what I was referring earlier about anime series VS anime movies. As animated series go, Nadia is a landmark: a gripping story, great characterization, a spectacular finale.
On the other hand, Atlantis IMHO works very well in its time span, a classic adventure which reminded me a LOT of The Island on the Top of the World, one of my favorite old Disney movies.
I think Atlantis and The Treasure Island didn't deserve their poor box office fares.. probably their being old-fashioned was what made me like them, and made those young'uns turn their back to them..

If you're referring to the Disney Atlantis: The Lost Empire, I couldn't agree more.
I thoroughly enjoyed the film and if you don't have the 2-disc DVD set, you're missing out on one fine special edition!
But if you are gonna talk Disney, I'm gonna throw out The Emperor's New Groove as one of the funniest films (and I don't mean just animated) I've ever seen! Another 2-disc DVD set worthy of your time!
Both are VERY EXTENSIVE and have wonderful DTS tracks!

Hey i mentioned Miyazaki (T_T)
Has everyone watched grave of the fireflies....its a really good film of ww2 from a japenese prospective. It's definitly a serious film and has to be one of the most depressing things I've ever seen...defeinitly a must watch. Also voice from a distant star is quite good. Do you guys want to talk about favorite series too lol, since I have quite a few more of those then movies
