This looks to be an even better solution for Tron costumes than the previous ones I've suggested. Ready Set Glo now sell a fabric paint version of their glow powder. The blue is pretty close to the colour of the blue programs, the aqua is the colour that Flynn and Ram's circuits change to while they're inside the recognizer and the green would be good for a tank crew costume. I still have a couple of packets of the glow powder and the blue powder is bright enough to illuminate the corner of my room that it's in when I turn the lights out (it's in a 1" x 1" baggie, so that should give an indication of the brightness). I'd love to see a Tron costume made with this stuff (unfortunately my finances and lack of artistic talent prevent me doing one).where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online |

Nice, the good stuff that glows for hours too. I'd have to go for the aqua myself...

I've had some of their regular powder stuff for a while and am procrastinating beginning the project of painting my entire apartment into a Tron-scape. Just poked my head back in there now though and saw they're selling pre-mixed paint now. I might grab some of that for the job since the paint I've been trying hasn't been mixing so well. Since the stuff is almost invisible during the day though it'd be really cool to click on my black lights to power the stuff up and then turn everything off and whoosh, suddenly you're on the grid.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pill

Tronfan, exactly what I've been thinking about doing lately. I was just reminded of it by a mail from Maplin (electronics enthusiast supplier in the UK), who are also selling a long-glow pre-mixed paint, but only seem to have the standard green.
I was going to do very thin edge lines around my walls/ceilings. The stuff is expensive though.
Lew, did you import the US stuff yourself? How much was the shipping charge?
Anybody know any UK outlets that have the long-glow paint in a few colours? |

I'm still having trouble understanding why craft stores aren't stocking this stuff - they just have the basic alien-green stuff we've been seeing for decades. Is it because it's not approved by all the safety commitees or something?
I think I'll buy one of the 1 oz. containers just to play with it, start painting my room corners and just see how far it goes. This all depends on the mixture. Some paints can be spread a lot thinner than others, but I don't know how many layers i'll need to paint to get a good glow. I already have the edges of the room masked off for this, I just need to grab the stuff.
As for costuming, I've long thought of making a Tron t-shirt. Nothing with an actual Tron logo on it, but just a shirt totally covered in glowing circuits - one of those subtle messages that only a few people get - like when I wear my "Flynn's" shirt.
The site also mentioned that they have a mix of their paint that supports silk screening, which means someone could plot the original design on a computer instead drawing it with a paintbrush. That'd give it a very sharp and realistic look.
As for where to get the stuff in the U.K. I think I came across a website once for it. I'll look for it again and if I find anything, I'll post it here.

I found a UK supplier of the good stuff in various colours on Ebay.
I'm trying an ice-blue and purple. I'll report back once I've used them. |

Interesting stuff. I wonder if it can be applied over opaque blue paint so as to look blue in daylight, and glow in the dark. I also wonder how well it works on cotton-lycra blends.
I'm planning to make a second costume (with 7 identical unitards, since they get worn much more than I ever expected). This would be a good thing to add.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill
