You were the FIRST TRON-Sector program to greet me when I became a member last year. I hadn’t even made my first post yet, but you saw me on-line and PM'd me a greeting and comment about my avatar.

No, his avatar still exists on Angelfire. It's just that the link to Angelfire sometimes doesn't work very well from forums. I don't know what the problem is. I'm thinking they must have some sort of software set up that prevents it (or makes it more difficult) to link to from outside websites or something. I've had the same issue with my avatar, as well as other images I have hosted there. If I try to post the image within a forum, it doesn't work. But if you manually copy and paste the URL, it works.

On second thought, Foil never established what it was. It's just a blank figure. Doesn't look like a datawraith to me!

Yup. Angelfire and Geocities HATE direct linking but there's a way around that little road block. Save you artwork/avitars as .txt files in paint (It's possible) then upload them. Poof! There you go! Avitar appears! You see mine? *Points to her avi* It shows up due to the same trick. I'm not too sure how well it works of animated gifs through....
Although, the gif kinda does look a little Datawraith-y. Maybe it's just an eere resemblance.
As for TU (Tron Universe) and an update, Tron Universe (As Harpo metioned) is a Tron related RPG site that I came up with weeks ago. I'm still looking for mods again. I hope you join us Foilism. (Yes! Shamless self advertising again!)

Foilism's avatar is one of the concept images from Tron. I still have the conponets on my computer used to make the original avatar. Hey Foilism, I have a verson of that avatar with the character giving a thumbs up, I don't know if I ever showed it to you. Want it? It's been collecting digidust on my computer for a while.
