You get the 8-ball, and it can grant wishes and beat the game, but it's sentient, and refuses to do so!
I wish I had a pie and could throw it in Thorne's face without getting corrupted!!!!!!!!

You get the pie and throw it in Thorne's face -- without getting corrupted! Instead, it deflects back to you, and you get some corrupted cream on you.
