Since it seems nobody else has done this yet, I decided to make one. This covers making both classic film and Tron 2.0 glowing circuits.

I'm hoping to make a gallery eventually also for any cool images that peeps have touched up, so feel free to post them here or email them to me.

Nice tutorial. I'll have to work out how to do some of the stuff in Photoshop Elements (no channels palette or layer masks for starters), but I'm sure I'll be able to get some sort of result

Yeah... I've got PhotoStudio 2000 SE and it's missing some of the controls mentioned in the "how to". But I'm working on it!

I just went to use your tutorial as a reference and got a 423 Locked error. Did you flip the wrong bit on your end or something?

Never come across that error before. *shrug* that webspace came with my ISP so who knows...
Anyway, thanks for the compliments everyone. I know Harpo already did something with it and I hope to see some more updated avatars 
And maybe smeday I'll actually get around to making mine.

Hey look ewhat Steve & Co. had to do nearly 25 years ago to make the film because they had no photoshop!
