Moderately. 
Tweaker reached inside his energy reserve for power, and performed a Matrix-style jump that barely vaulted him out of the way of the first of the hex bullets. He then activated a square plane-shield (though its effectiveness would be questionable against a hex cannon), leaped behind Prankster, and unlimbered Ritips, his planar sword. Pulling out another Plane primitive, he spun it into the hex cannon's swiveling mechanism to prevent Prankster from simply swiveling it around towards him, and gripped his sword in an offensive stance.
"Let's see how you are with your swordplay."
