Yes, I'm aware that even discussing a sequel at this point is like beating a dead horse, however I'm very curious about something. Being a new member, it appears to me that when a sequel is discussed it always fall along the lines of a TRON rehash. Maybe a few new storyline wrinkles are added, but it always reverts to Alan/son of Alan saving the day. My feelings in this area are that a sequel with nothing new to say will NEVER be made. I would find a storyline that pitts Alan as a Bill Gates type of villian much more interesting, with a Flynn acting as a mentor to Alans' son. Regardless of the storyline, I believe a TRON sequel could be an incredible movie. Films like SW:TESB and T2 have proven that a sequel can be better than the original, but it has to come down to the story. Here at Tron-sector I think we can all agree on to some extent that we would all like to see a sequel to Tron. Including myself in that. If we could just wait a little onger for it to com and make an appearance I think we would all be happier. AS the saying goes. "Good things come to those who wait." Don't remember who had said it. But its true for a true tron fan.
