*ponders life*
hmm? what? oh, yeah. the question.
um, I really am not sure, I guess Bits have little or no "wieght", and Recognizers and crusers have antigrav programming...

but then again, it is Sci-Fi, so...order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

Gravity in a digital world is almost exclusivly assigned by a programmer (unless you get down to the electron level). So such items as small bits, or bytes, are bascily unable to have such a value assigned to them; I mean a bit is a single bit, its not even a full character. A more complex program, such as a user persona can have such values associated with it, and would infact be advantagous (so things like running, or stopping can be possible). Recognizers or cruisers have this gravity value disabled or more likely a unseen force is added to keep them off of the ground (thus they will still have weight).

Regarding the question of gravity: there were three other programs which weren't affected by gravity: the robed, hovering minions of Thorne, Thorne himself (at least while robed), and the Tron-Legacy-code-tainted Ma3a.

On a slightly related note, I was thinking about the character of Dumont from the original film. He seemed to be "bonded" with the I/O port, almost a living part of the building...at least until the MCP/Sark had him arrested. (Also recall that the MCP was revealed at the end to be an elderly human figure who had "bonded" with the construction which then projected the huge MCP face.)

It occurred to me then that I-Know, the older program that Jet meets in Alan's desktop, probably had some sort of station like that as well; perhaps he was meant to represent the OS? In any case, I'd like to see that idea explored further; perhaps programs which often interface directly with users (as Dumont and the MCP did) begin to "grow into" their surrounding structures.

Makes me wonder what a fully-integrated Ma3a/Tron structure would be like.

thanx, I have another question though [i think i'm too philosophical],

who created the Tron world? i mean, programs have individual users [except Tron and Mercury, they both had Alan1] so surely there must be some sort of "super user". I just wonder who he/she is?

My god, me questioning the Tron universe makes me sound heretical. i'm not!, really I'm not!

Got root?

The primary or 'super user' of a system is the root user. But their is more to your question then just that. Who created the world, well its a digital world so whatever medium the particular user was in (pda, mainframe, web yadda yadda) the local 'root' would be responisble for installing the os and creating the world. The programs established within the world, are programs that were installed after the inital os or 'world' was set in place. The programs then have a set of premissions associated with them. Root having acess to bascily everything then the indivigual users such as 'alan1' setting their indivigual privligaes according to their user accounts. Users could even share rights to certain programs. Its pretty much anyones guess to who has root acess I dont remeber ever hearing a reference (correct me if im wrong).abortion pills online abortion questions cytotec abortion

well that's drained me of questions but I'm sure there are many other people itching to question this wonderful parallel universe.......
