We created a new website that contains many (around 50) light cycle and disc related maps...and growing everyday. We have some new mods, one of which changes the light cycle colors and polishes up the old ones, another mod make you light cycle move at the speed of light.

And why would that be? I seem to be a target on most other sites. I have not enjoyed my TRON experieinces on other fan sites. Can I expect different from this one?

So, I checked it out. Sort of quiet. Nice site though. Interesting how my name is quoted. Just because I said my "last patch" comment was a poor choice of words does not mean anything else is forthcoming. That's what I love about this. Anything I say gets so twisted. I was only clearing up the fact that I made a written error in referring to is as a final patch. I have not intimated in any way, shape or form that any other patches are forthcoming. The fact is, I don't know any more about that than any of you at this point. First, thank you for the compliments regarding the site and all the maps and mods.
Second, I hope that Davetron does not feel he is in the line of fire. That is not the intention at all.
Davetron, I hope you come back to visit because we have a lot of people that work on maps and mods that may have some questions you could answer, or possibly know where to get the answer. One of my questions is how to create a custom lightcycle map where the AI lightcycles will work.
As far as the site being quiet, well, that's true we just started the site about a month ago..and have been busily busting out new portions of it all the time.
Since teaming up with Atari as a mirror for UT 2004 demo, the UT side has been doing pretty good in the week it has been up. We are getting ready to launch the console gaming end of everything as well.
Just so everyone knows, patchgonebad is a site dedicated to multiplayer games in general...started by us tron peeps.

Well, I was the one who made those posts on the site DaveTRON, and I don't feel I wrote anything that said "yes, there are definitely more patches coming".
I was careful with my choice of words. If you read them again, I always qualify the statements with words like "should", "likely", "take this with a grain of salt". That does not mean definitely. Your quotes are written exactly as they originally were, with a link to them to verify. At the end of the posts, I always leave it up to the reader to decide what the news means exactly.

I haven't gone back and looked for the one I am referring to. I think it was just a case of being out of the context of this site it seemed to imply there were more coming. No big deal I suppose.
