I think he means the TV series that was discussed several years ago. I know ideas were discussed, but it never went farther than that.

Oh Okay. Just was wondering. Cause I just got wind of it up here. Would be interesting to see a cartoon like that. I remember someone had posted a link to something similar to like tron. But I think it was dubed in another language I think.
