I'm actually doing a little bit of work on developing the universe presented in Horizon: Virtual on the RPGnet Wiki, and woudl appreciate any assistance/development ideas you TRON nuts could provide!
http://wiki.rpg.net/index.php/HorizonVirtual:Main_Page
Keep in mind, I'm not trying to turn Horizon: Virtual into TRON, just help turn the basic D20 System documents into something that reads more like it's about an electronic world than a Generic Fantasy Realm.
