3 minutes is plenty of time since the timer will reset when you hit a suppressor.
As for the platforms themselves, there's really very little jumping involved at all. You have to watch them as they move up and down and time when they meet each other. It's all about patience (and the ticking clock makes it seem as if there isn't enough time, which there is.).
Good luck.
Come on, you scuzzy data, be in there.

Quick save is always your best friend during a jumping puzzle. As has been said, this level isnt hard...everyone just makes it hard beacuse they are worried about the time. I would spend a few moments simple taking in the level, for a min or so atleast. Just figuring out where/how everything is moving and form a plan of attack. Reload from save then take it one jump at a time, dont stare at the clock, and be patient. Many times its easier to wait for the ramp to come to you vs jumping after it and taking some fall damage. Just play smart, and grab a stress ball Good luck to you.

When I played this level for the first time, I ended up hitting #1 with .01 left! Just like in one of those Hollywood movies! ----------------------------------------------

The funniest thing, if you're watching the code that writes itself on your view from time to time, is that right when this part comes up, it goes:
INIT: Jump = ?fun
= yes
Or something like that
Wasn't as difficult as it would appear, true.
