This goes to my argument from another thread the BVG doesn't get TRON. I just realized something....I know it makes no sense for Flynn to be CEO of fCon, but......
Flynn was going to start a new company.
Flynn could have named his new company after himself.
Flynn, as CEO, would want to hide his identity from Encom.
It is perfectly reasonable for a company to change it's name.
fCon starts with F.
Flynn starts with F.
You get the picture.
But I find it hard, if not impossible, to believe that the CEO is Flynn.

Moronic is too kind a word if they made Flynn the villain. There is no logical basis for such a change in the character.
Its either Dillinger or Dillinger's son. That email we see after Seth and the others are scrambled upon digitization from the CEO states that he's waited 20 years for this moment.
The TRON 2.0 game guide stated Dillinger went into hiding and was never caught.
Dillinger either started or took over Fcon's operations and bided his time or else its his son out to avenge his father.

Or daughter, using a voice changer. However, it's probably Dillinger. But maybe not. Has anyone considered that it could be a new character, with no family connections to our familiar villains.

Doubtful. FCon CEO states in an email that he's waited 20 years for this moment, etc.
Only person I know of that would be watching Encom for 20 years to reclaim their digitization tech is someone who was ousted from Encom soon after digitization was first developed. That would be Dillinger

My two cents, the computer was the only intuitive chaos in the movie, a learned trait from mining through personals in the new paper no doubt. It was discontent with Mike, so he had to order some room service, like the EP for GM employees of the month.
