Hey guys. I am stuck on a level called "System Reboot-Packet Transfer"
It's the one where you need to stow away on the transport. I obviously need permission set 2, but I can't find it anywhere. And there is no one left to fight or talk to. I must have walked around that transport for 2 hours now. I'm sure it's right in front of me but I can't figure out what to do.
Anyone have any suggestions? Anything would be appreciated.

Hmm.. search around for Archive Bins - some of 'em are kinda hidden, and I'm reasonably sure at least one has the Permission set you need.
Realize, for the two "passenger" cars (cars 1 and 3) there's the bottom level, and two top levels (left and right) accesible by the left and right ramps on the insides of the cars, on the bottom level. Look around and make sure you didn't miss any Archive Bins.

Backtack to the first car and work forward searching hi and low for any and all archive bins. IF this fails you'll have to reload the auto save.
If you have to reload, let the ICP's hit the sec rez in. Some of the ones that beam in tend to have permissions. Regardless if any beam in or not, absorb all core dumps and all permissions they contain. Its likely you missed one
