Geez, I've gone all over the place trying to find this permission. I thought I've found every nook and cranny hiding place.
My only thought is that I missed it when one of the baddies drezzed and I didn't pick it up in time.
Help, cuz this is the kind of thing that turns me off of this type of game. Spending an extended time replaying a section (the reformat section!!!!) is one thing but to be thwarted because I couldn't find some obscure hiding place is a real turn off.

Permission 5 is for... what? If it's for one of the bottom floor doors that are numbered... 3... or 5... or something, then just go to the top floor. The doors there don't need it.order abortion pill abortion pill buy online where to buy abortion pill

Yes, this is the problem. You need to reload the autosave at the beginning of the level and make sure you pick up the permissions left behind after derezzing the icp's.
I know this sucks, it happened to me too. If you can't open the doors, you need to reload the autosave.

There's two ways to get Permission 5 (I JUST replayed that level like.. 10 minutes ago, actually  ). There's an Archive Bin on the bottom floor of the third car (the final one you get to) near the back corner over near the ramp leading up on the left side of the car. The other way to get it is to kill the ICPs - at least one will drop a Permission 5.
