Confirmed. Two EB stores in my area are both selling the game this morning.

Being curious, I asked them about breaking the street date and the told me that the game was shipped to stores early and put on shelves in order to compete with Walmart and similar stores that broke street date.

As for the power oculus, assuming you've just listened to the help program (who says he's overworked and should have been left off 537 microcycles ago or whatever he says), go down the long walkway and take a left. Fight off some ICPs until you get to the far back where you see an IP port. Take it to the oculus manual controls.

Now, it's a bit of a puzzle, where you have to LOWER all of the oculus lenses by switching on or off the four Bits scattered along. You'll see a bunch of square platforms, including some moving ones.
The tricky part is, whenever you raise or lower an oculus lense, it shuffles the platforms around (although the moving ones stay where they are and continue moving as they do). You'll notice that each time you raise or lower an oculus lense, the camera shifts to show the lens go up or down.... but at the bottom of the view is four little circles which either light up (if the lens is down) or turn off (if the lens is up). Naturally, you want all four lights to light up.
So here's what I did that worked pretty well:
- work your way to the back, RAISING all the lenses (so that the four yellow lights are OFF).
- then work your way from back to front, LOWERING the lenses. When the last one is lowered, you'll get a message telling you to return to where the help program told you how the lenses work.
I've found that if you don't lower the lenses from back to front, often times you'll be stuck in a place where you can't jump to reach any platforms. Working from back to front offers you a pretty clear-cut route from one lens control to the next, and finally to the IP port where you started.

After that, switch on the oculus, and then Ma3a tells you to get up topside and help her, because ICPs are on the way. Take the elevator back up (remember, the one you rode DOWN to get to the oculus controls? Yeah, I kept looking for an IP port for like.. 20 minutes, until I remembered that I'd taken an elevator down), and Ma3a opens up an IP port to an upper balcony, where you must defend her against a long wave of ICPs. My recommendation: equip the LOL and snipe. When you get a break between waves (note: the first wave consists of FOUR ICPs, not just two - two come up the stairs on the right, two rush Ma3a on the ramp on the left), recharge your energy, and get back to sniping.
When the counter nears zero, you'll have an impossible number of ICPs to kill - so long as no ICPs reach Ma3a, she will kill the rest when the counter hits zero.
