Your problem is clear. You haven't linked to a picture as you should have. Instead you've linked to a webpage that contains a picture. Perhaps you meant to link to the following .JPG. Since I'm not using a custom avatar myself, there may be size constrains for the images allowed to be used as avatars. Worth a try anyway.

This site seems to resize avatars automaticaly...normally Neko is MUCH smaller. Here he's freakin HUGE
