Hmmm...interesting...perhaps Alan found out what happened to Jet and went in after him? Or perhaps Alan was digitized and THAT's how he went missing?
And here's an interesting thought...what would happen if a user were digitized, then met his or her doppelganger inside the Game Grid, like if Alan met Tron, or Flynn met Clu? Hmm, here's a better picture of what may be Yori in  .
What do you think? It could be her . . . I mean the circuit design matches exactly, but the face doesn't really resemble Cindy Morgan. Then again, neither does what everyone thinks may be Tron, really resemble Bruce Boxleitner . . .
But, if the pic we saw is in fact Tron, then he's aged . . . yet Yori has not. Explain that. 
EDIT: Here's the same blue female program from a cutscene, holding hands with a male program, who isn't Tron. Draw your own conclusions . . .
