A logic probe is a device (if my memory is still good on electronic enginering) that tests the postive and negitive charges of an eletrictonic devices....

Smilply put... if you use a Logic Probe for anything, you connect it to + and - to see if the light of the probe lights up....... This means that a the cirit is complete....
