DaveTRON I'd be very curious to hear a Christian take on the religious themes in TRON. While I appreciate you not wanting to be preachy, I think your slant on the film would be very interesting to those of us who may believe differently and love TRON. to be honest, I don't think most of us have discussed our religious views here in the past. We've hit the theme a bit, but never gone that deep. Incidentally, I am a firm believer in God, not Religion. Just so you know where I personally stand.

I was wondering if this would come up again.
I'm curious to know if this can be approached analitically, as comparing the written logistical information, and using laws of man, to traverse into a parallel law of creation, but I'm writing too late to really point out the obvious. I think we all think very similar, arriving to know the invention of our creation.

I do like to talk about God, and just learning every day about why we are here.. I'm not one of those "Christians" that is all "religion" or thats like a schollar in the Word.. I just read it as it is.. Like i said before, I hope i don't freak out some by being a newbie here.. I tend to have a big mouth at times, but thats just me haha.. Hello everyone. Long-time reader of the forum here. New to posting.

the name... I perform with a musical group (that's where the initials come from, our rehearsal space is called Secret Tron) and of course i'm a User.

Long time fan of the film & merch.

I've noticed a little bit of religious talk up above this post, and truely apprechiate the non-condesending, respectful tone and true thought in the posts above. That's really cool and you don't see that kind of stuff very often.

Personally, I was raised Catholic, and while i don't practice any religion specifically, i am a very "spiritual" person and firmly believe in the Karma system (which, incidentily, conforms with mainstream Catholisim and Christianity in many, many ways) and the way "energy" and "vibes" flow from one person to another.

I will apologize in advance for my poor spelling, and my sometimes outspoken nature; I have a lot of "strange" opinions and viewpoints on different topics, and I really hope that I don't offend or put off any longtime members of the board with anything i ever say.
