There was a message put up a while ago about the flynn t-shirt. I don't know if it is still in production though. CHeck it out somewhere arounf here. It was a limited edition though.

Some of us had joined in with folks at the Replica Props boards and came up with a logo based on screenshots from the movie. The shirts were made for any who wanted one and had the $15+shipping to pay for it. But it's all over and done--I imagine you may be able to get the logo and make a shirt of your own. I'll see if I can find the link to the thread.

The photo is of a girl who actually dressed as a "Flynn's Arcade employee" for halloween. She even copied the hairstyle. Talk about an obscure costume! They look identical to the shirt Flynn wears in his arcade at the beginning of the film.

I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to just make your own shirt or have someone else make it with silkscreen. Looking at the shirt in the movie, the design is very basic and would be easy to reproduce, since it is just 1 color lettering on a plain t-shirt. You'd be surprised, Hale, at the detail we went into to get the logo right. It's actually a two-color logo based on the neon "Flynns" sign that you see outside the arcade. The lettering and how the letters touch was a big debate we all had to come to agreement on before the shirts were printed. Not to mention the color of the actual shirt (I still don't think we got it quite right, but ah well!)

Trace, ya know what? I was actually talking about the shirt that he wears in the movie. 
That one would be simple to re-create without much effort.
The shirt you're talking about sounds cool anyway.
