Sark is incharge of the whole Game Domain and is the MCPs  right-hand man. He travels around the domain in his Command Carrier.
Sark is assigned by the MCP to destroy Flynn on the Game Grid. MCP basically tells Sark, "Train him for the games, let him hope for a while, and blow him away!" Sark takes his job seriously.

Well there's only one Game Grid in the film.
Let's see there's the Sea of Simulation, or "Game Sea" as Yori called it.
Sillicon Valley, no joke, which is a canyon valley like system 
I'd have look at the DVD. It's not real specific.

I would have to say that there are as many secors as there are computers and their purpose. For instance, I can imagine Rom and Crom coming from a Buisiness Sector. Tron would have originated from the Secutiry Grid, although he would have access to grids and sectors all over the place.
