I can't believe that there is apparently no way tablet users who can't mortgage their houses to buy an iPad have no way to watch this show. Unbelievable. Very short sighted of Disney. The only way to watch episodes is through iTunes, period. The web site doesn't count unless you only want to match one single episode.

Amazon has the videos available through Amazon Instant Video. I believe they are also available on the Playstation network as well, though I'm not sure.
So basically, you can pick them up from most video download sources.

Last I looked Uprising was on Netflix as well.
Update:
Confirmed: T:U is definitely on Netflix, and I'm streaming an episode from Amazon as I write this.
