It got close to 2 million viewers on TV for the premiere episode, which is pretty darn good for an animated series.
The viewing figure is buried here, in this page:

But for the second episode, it dropped to about half a million. I don't know if that kind of drop-off was expected, or not.
Beyond that, I can't find any more information about the ratings. These numbers don't include online viewing, either.
EDIT: Wait, found some more data. It's been averaging about half a million viewers per week, since the premiere.

I was thinking today about the ratings and wondering what, if any, effect is this having on kids who watch? Like are there kids out there on the playground throwing frisbee's at each other trying to all be Beck or Tron?

Uh, actually, my younger brother and I LOVE to play Disk Wars. Sure, we get a bruise every now and again, but for the most part the game is pretty safe. No more dangerous than riding a bike or playing baseball. Or playing with a frisbee normally for that matter.

Whenever I work the mornings for my job's summer camp I've started playing cartoons in the morning for the kids. I played the premier for Tron Uprising the other day and during free time I had 3-4 kids running around with these plastic rings we have pretending they were identity discs and play fighting with them.
