Is Quorra just a normal human now, akin to how Pinnochio became a 'real boy', made of ordinary flesh and bone? It would seem so. Thus if follows that she should not have any special powers in the real world. Heck she doesn't even know how to use anything. Whats a toilet? You do WHAT in it??!!??
I don't see her being all that helpful in the real world, unless you dissect her. She might have perfect DNA, or the DNA might have some special health properties. However anything down that path is limited by our own current technology and understanding so humanity probably can't do much with it.
She isn't going to shoot electricity out her fingers, or touch the floor and make anything happen. She seems to have no more intelligence or mental capabilities than a typical human. All her benefits to mankind fit more with her inside of the computer rather than outside.

By what observation?

Perhaps if she could eat on the Grid, she could also poop there? Although the sensation may be different for her in the real world, or she shits digital bricks like Sam bleeds blood in the Grid. Perhaps she could program herself to shit bubblegum-flavored cubes.

But you could do the reverse - study her in a computer, transport a human there and use the information gained to "correct" a given illness. Just a theory.

Based on what observation? All she was shown doing was ride a bike at the end...abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

We all know that time goes much faster in the Grid ("What was hours in there was just minutes here"), so what I want to know is, now that shes 'out' will she age at the same rate has we do, or will she age really really fast? :-/abortion pills online abortion pill online purchase cytotec abortion

The right question to ask is does she age at all...

Here's a thought that's occured to me:
If the programs dont age the same way humans do, then what about the MCP?
After Tron defeats him, we see a glimpse of the 'real' MCP & he appears has an old bearded man.
Dillinger claims to have created him, but the fact that he doesn't even look like him is open to debate...abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion
