That's what I was thinking, mastercylinder. I figured, since it showed up in the Solar Sailer scene in the original, then it's likely they would do something simliar in the Solar Sailer scene in TRON: Legacy. I've been scouring those scenes but have yet to come up with anything either. I really thought it was gonna be right around when Flynn talked about "chasing perfection" and he said, "all along it was right in front of me....right in front of me." I figured that HAD to be the moment! But....nothing. I couldn't find it in the terrain, in the clouds, anywhere.
I do see it when Sam pulls the chute pack off the wall, and that may be it. But I would have thought it would be styled more like the one in TRON, the profile with the ears and the open mouth. Usually when I see Mickey, it's like *facepalm*, why didn't I see that before. Yet I have been online and NO ONE has found it yet. Maybe the joke is on us?

... and where is the hidden mickey in this frame?
I thought one of the fireworks in the GRID race opening could be the hidden mickey. As far as I saw it, one of the particles looked kinda like mickey.

I guess which decade when you were a a kid helps to identify Mickey in that shot.
The Mickey face design is from the title card used in those Sunday broadcasts of The Wonderful World of Disney. Except it's drawn slightly contemporary (For example the Crux Linux penguin). That right eye could also have been stylised to look like Pacman.

In the original Tron it's an actual silhouette of Mickey's profile. The above concerns where any group of three circles are considered hidden Mickeys like the one cool83 suggested.

I thought the HM was the security camera in the Encom Tower stairwell that Sam diables with his laser pen. Looks like a Mickey to me, but I could be wrong.
