there is a processor capable of simulating worlds.

if during the digitization process the MCP discovered
that he could use the digitized brain as an extra super processor
(after all we only use a small percentage of our brain)
then a lot could be simulated with the digitized brain.
a crude example of emulation in software is superNES that
runs in windows. VMWARE virtual players that can run win95 on xp etc.
we can attribute all the hard work of mapping the brain
to the smart MCP. flynn would just take on the role of stealing
the MCP's hard work. (circle of life)
the MCP would have a reason to be in tron 3 because flynn
stole his work.
