Unfortunately you're coming to this party quite late in the game. By now most stores have started clearing out all of their TRON merchandise to make room for the summer releases, but because of this your luck could vary from store to store. Some places I've seen have had all kinds of merchandise falling off the clearance shelves just waiting to be picked up, and other places are completely sold out of everything, so it really just depends. As far as the stores getting more toys in, the current answer to that would be no, they won't be receiving anymore shipments because the line has been cancelled. However, in the event that a TRON 3 comes out, or even around this time next year when the TV series TRON: Uprising is out, there will probably be some more merchandise, and if a more experienced company gets ahold of the license, it's possible they will make the new stuff work with the old stuff, or make some new versions of the old stuff. If you're really desperate to get the figures, the Disney Store website is still selling Sam, CLU, CLU's Sentry, Rinzler, and the Black Guard Core figures for $2.99 or less, and even with shipping it's a pretty good deal. Aside from that, it's pretty much the luck of the draw with the stores you visit.

The Targets around me have plenty of stuff still available.

The Kevin Flynn Deluxe ID Disc and any S2 or S3 (with the white figures) Exclusive packs are the only exception. No Sam + Arcades either.
