...like Sam paying off Quorra's reply of "made it" when she cleared the jump from the lightcycle grid to the outlands in the lightrunner; after Sam rescues her from Clu's ship (by way of the wasp wings) and they tumble and roll to the main deck, he flashes her a grin and says "made it" and she gets this big awesome smile on her face.

Didn't they say that the stylized design on the back of Sam's real-world motorcycle helmet was supposed to be the Mouse? It's also on the inside of his Dumont dwelling garage door. Haven't spotted any "proper" Mickey's yet tho...

Well, on my secand watch I notices the reflection of Flynns speech in Clu.
Flynn - "In there, is a new world! In there is our future! In there is our DESTINY!"
CLU - "Out there is a new world! Out there is our victory!!! Out there is our DESTINY!"

That's actually a stylized "89" the year Flynn disappeared. It's a symbol used by the "Flynn Lives" group.

There is the hidden mickey. Clu put it in the drink, lucky for Castor he didn't drink any of it or who knows what would have happened.

I like Sam's memory card at the end. Anyone clamoring for an original identity disc, there u go. The middle part of it is the exact same design as the original identity disc.

More specifically, it symbolizes "89 forever", since the 8 is tilted sideways like an infinity sign.

Kinda obvious, but watching it on my ipod, I recognized the sounds at the begining of each game in the arena, They're the sounds from Tron and Discs of Tron, the arcade games . . .
Pretty cool hearing them there . . . although, it makes me wonder if Flynn just recycled programming from his arcade game so that they would do that.

The thing that stood out to me was the Wargames reference when Kevin was yelling at Sam. Didn't catch it first time I watched it.
