The End Of Line Club and chill out with Daft Punk and that mad man Zuse. Before jetting off on a light cycle with some hot programs before relaxing by watching the games. Of course not possible with the current time line :P so pre Tron Legacy of course.
Change the scheme! Alter the mood! Electrify the boys and girls, if you'd be so kind.

First thing I'd do is participate in the disc wars arena. Its kinda like air hockey. and if Flynn was in charg, itd be good sport and non lethal.
then fly a lightjet.
then a light cycle.
then hang out at the [rebuilt] END OF LINE club.
awe yeah

Take advantage of the fact that time passes differently than real world time to get all my homework done.After that, I'd set up the Grid to run Star Wars: Battlefront, run a trainer, and enjoy an afternoon of blasting the heck out of battle droids. Then I'd likely want to hit up the lightcycles arena and have fun driving around. Finish it off chillin' in the End Of Line club with a playlist imported from my My Music folder. I would want to do everything-Light Cycles, Grid Wars, general sight seeing, etc.

LOL!!!!! Actually, I made all that up myself. I've also got a fanfic which I'm SLOWLY (with a capital "S") working on and the main programs in it have PURPLE circuits. If I had written Tron Legacy, the bald program with the slash in his face (the one who Castor/Zuse was talking to right before Sam showed up) would have gone ahead, left the EOL Club with some ISOs, go to a secret location and plan a counterattack.
Fighting for TRON, The USERS, Both Flynns, Independents, and the mighty ISOs since '82.

I would definitely do some high-altitude jumping from a recognizer or tower and then glide to the ground using the materializing glider wings that the black guard used when they invaded the EOL club. That and some hanging at the EOL club.

i dunno about witty but, find a cool apartment; then figure out how to make your own hacks and modifications, see about this liquid energy thing, at this point im sure all the sightseeing and getting to know the place would come with it and then see what else i can come with later on.

Aside for the obvious fangirl-esque thing, umm.... I'd probably get kitted out with armor/disks/baton/etc, create a lightcycle that could function off-grid, go explore the Outlands to see what's there, and possibly get a scuba suit to explore the Sea of Simulation.

I totally agree. First things first, have a "zomg fangirl" moment or two 
Once I have calmed myself, I would get me a really cool outfit with yellow circuts (and disc o'course), get on my Lightjet and explore at the speed of light. I love the feel of wind whipping through my hair, and probably couldn't resist some corkscrews, and loops for fun.
When I'm done flying around on my Lightjet I would head to the EOL Club for a big glass of energy and party until last call 
I love the Lightjets the best, but I still would like a Lightcycle. I'd mostly use it to ride around and explore Tron City, but I might not be able to resist racing it some too. I think it would be a rush
