I decided a while back to go to our local Halloween party as Quorra. Well, since I do not have the money to do it exactly right my hubby suggested that I just go as Aerial Zero, so I can have some liberties with the costuming (after Quorra was re-purposed she could get a makeover LoL)

That being said, I am doing a costume with the orange/yellow light strips and modding an identity disc myself. When I say myself I mean me and my engineer Dad LoL I have enough saved up to buy the Identity disc interior components as well as the color filters for the lightstrips but it will be another month or two before I can get the actual battery pack/inverter and light strips themselves.

I am following Aradani studios youtube tutorial on how to do the mod. So long as you have the disc, their parts are easy to find and inexpensive (esp since my dad has all the tools). Labor is always the most expensive part of anything so, thankfully since we are doing it ourselves, we just have to pay for the parts *sigh of relief*

Anywho, anyone else doing this for Halloween and/or has already started feel free to post ideas, questions, and pics in this thread. I will be updating it as well as I go along.
