MY DVD cover of Enemy Mine looks like this too. Must be a fairly common theme, confrontation between good and evil? Although....in Enemy Mine, neither of the two stars is really evil.

yes, but notice notice;
In both the T:L image and the HP image the faces are lit by blue and white light.
both have "gruff" looking faces.
both have a vertical glowing "tower" in-between the faces, in the Harry Potter image the "tower" is the magic wand.
both have blue tinted clouds filling up the background.
Here's Enemy Mine's image:
While the characters facing each other on the same side as the T:L's image, there's no vertical tower, and no clouds, just a few stars, steller gas, and a comet. The lighting on the faces is red, yellow, and orange.

I don't necessarily think it's referencing Tron or copying it in any way. A lot of movies with big face-offs end up having this type of poster (ex. Freddy vs. Jason). just fun to point out the simularities and that it's further evidence that big hollywood are quick to emulate stuff from Tron Legacy or other sources, since it seems like they can't come up with something a little bit original in terms of movies or advertizing for movies...
