Just saw this film again today. Venture a guess or tell me outright. What did Clu mean when he told Quorra he had other plans for her. But after he was done with whatever. Now what do you think he meant, and ladies, don't wishfully say sex. May've meant to use her for bait. Torture her just because he could. Perhaps something showy and public so everyone could see him taking over the last ISO. Trying to develop her into something else. Probably a lot of things could be implied.

Well, if Clu was under the impression that the entire carrier would be transported to the promised land of the "real world", then he may have had some perverse destiny planned for her as Flynn always planned for the Isos to be his "gift to the world."
Probably some kind of demonstration of his power/superiority.

I would think if he was going to drop her, he would've done it before entering the portal. It would've been a fitting way for him to depart, finally cleansing the system of the last fragment of the viral imperfection that had been plaguing it.
