I wonder what would've happened if Clu had fallen into the Sea of Simulation instead of Rinzler...

well, we don't know what exactly happened to rinzler yet, but my guess is that he is recovering because water gives energy in the tron world. so if clu did fall in, he would be very powerful in the next movie.
and then in the end, sam, quorra and kevin would have easily gotten to the portal and the end. oh, and rinzler would go back to kevin. order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill

Dude, *I* would've loved to see Clu fight Tronzler...how epic would that be?? (No doubt Tronzler would've decimated Clu, though)

I don't know. Rinzler was pretty damn hot. We didn't see Flynn in Disk Wars either.

A disk fight between Tron/Rinzler and CLU would be epic, but I have no doubt that Tron/Rinzler would win pretty quickly. I mean, as Rinzler, he's just a bad@ss. Yes, I also think it would've been great to see a disc battle between them...
I thought Rinzler would win, maybe, but good point: we didnt see Clu in any disc battles so I honestly dont know now.

Clu is the system administrator so he is extremely powerful in the Tron world. If he wasn't reintegrated he could have regenerated and came back in the 3rd movie. But now it's impossible.

Why do film makers hate having the same bad guy? I suppose it happens where a bad guy comes back and may even be redeemed in the offing but in this case, I think ....bad move, guys.
That scene where Clu gets pulled from the pad, and is heading toward Flynn, first time I missed that he changed direction just prior to his remerging with Flynn. Kinda cool, the quick flip. The odds of a bad guy surviving are even more slim in TRON than in normal films because no matter how powerful he gets on the Grid, someone on the outside could always hit the delete key or just pull the plug. It wouldn't even have to be intentional, just a random power failure and, "there goes that."

I assume that if Clu was the super-badass, though, he would've been fighting, not Rinzler. After all, he does come out in the cycle game, which suggests he's probably better at cycles than discs...and even then he has to call out Rinzler in the end.

I'm not sure how good Flynn may be with a disc, though. In the betrayal scene, Tron's pretty quick to jump to his defense, like he assumes that Flynn wouldn't be able to make it fighting on his own. It could just be that he wants to give Flynn time to escape, but to me it seems more realistic for them to fight together, especially if Flynn was great at it, and they'd have a better chance of winning...but Tron doesn't even give him the chance. Kind of like other action movies where some innocent bystander is about to get wasted by a bad guy and then the hero steps in and says "get down and don't move" and does the dirty work her/himself because s/he knows the innocent bystander won't be any help.

Well being a security program to the core, who can blame him for having a bit of that Superman complex. And he isn't exactly hesitant to clobber a threat. It borders on self-destruction.
