Should there be a pay-per-view type internet site for hardcore Tron-sector enthusiast's to get behind a scenes look at the making of the theatrical movie Tron 2.0?? (Jeff Bridges is purportedly willing to read a script by Disney) see this link for more information...

Well I don't really think a pay per view. But at least a little Glimspe of it like what we have been given from Disney of the Game itself. Or something that would be good for everyone overall.

I think your right, but I wouldn't mind paying to see behind the scenes stuff - just my opinion.

it'll probably be in the extra features of the Blu Ray - let's hope!
And the "behind the scenes" on deluxe edition 1982 dvd is definitely worth a watch
I think it's MORE surprising how complex it actually was to achieve these effects,

if there is going to be a behind the scenes type of thing;
i'm only interested in seeing is how they made someone 'derezz'
the pixels falling from the body is so detailed it seems almost realistic !

actually the latest issue of cinefx covers decently how they handled the 'derezzing' effect.
i'm working on how to pull it off in after effects right now, hopefully without requiring much more than trapcode particular. handy for our fan film section.
