Was really wondering about this, whether or not another exists and its just very impopular, or they planned on making more than one and never got around to it.
The packaging on the box says Identity Disc: Sam, which seems like a pointless thing to include if that's the ONLY disc that was ever produced, and the fact that every blue Pro's disc looks like that.

No, its not.
There are white Kevin Flynn disks, and Red Rinzler Disks.
