i was checking out billboard.com for new songs, when i saw the tron score by daft punk land some pretty high rankings, currently
-billboard 200: #33
-dance and electronic albums: #1
-soundtrack: #4 (unfortunately behind glee :c)
-tastemaker album: #16

and is considered one of the most popular albums right now.

just kinda interesting to share because it is hard for movie scores to be doing this good. this IS daft punk after all.

i noticed that too, but it also happened in other movies with their own music, like 'new divide' by linkin park last year when transformers 2 was released. no one really commented on the music video, but they were discussing how sucky the movie was.
