Maybe I'm just another cyberpunk obsessed nerd that's telling myself things but did anyone else notice shots that referenced Ghost in the Shell? Some examples that come to mind: Sam back flipping off of the ENCOM tower, Quorra's kneel/squat while spying/watching the games from the top of the stadium? I think there were a few other reference shots from Akira and some other cyberpunk anime that I can't think of. Once again, they could have just been coincidences.

What do you think? Did you see them too?
