Final time lapse scene...

Greetings program! New user here, but been a long time lurker. Love this site!

Have a question... and it's something I've been curious about for quite awhile. What building is the final time lapse scene in Tron filmed off of? And what city is this building located in?

The building is 1150 S Olive St, Los Angeles, California, USA. The time-lapse shot is looking East off the roof (using Google Earth, you can pin out several of the buildings you see in the shot).
