As for any other types of Multiplayer Skins, I think there's only the Sam Flynn skin.
I just checked the Downloadable Content list of the game for the PC, only the Map Pack is showing up.

...I think those two skins are for the Xbox 360 version...and the few results I saw show people having problems getting them to show up.
