Mine does not stay on that long, sounds like a glitch or maybe the button or wire is sticking. When the cycle is first switched from 'test' to 'on' it will power up and make that noise, but only for a few seconds. It will than make noise in the 'on' position when the wheels rotate or the cycle is pushed forward. we figured out what the "problem" was. it wasn't that he was just rolling it forward and tilting it or pressing the button once, what he did was pressed and held down the button for a few seconds and then it started flashing and making sound effects for almost a minute and a half.
