As both an arcade and a TRON fan, I thought up some ideas of what some modern arcade games would be like based upon the new movie:

Before anyone says anything, yes arcades are still alive. They may not be like they were in the early 80's but there are still thousands of games sold to locations in the US alone(for example, the new Terminator Salvation arcade game sold 1000 units in it's first 30 days); I myself have been operating an arcade for the past two years. ------------->

very cool ideas!
i'd play them all!!!
i like the idea of the linked games. not only could a few people play Space Paranoids together but someone playing Recognizer could also link in and try to smash some tanks! oh, and...i'm pretty sure we aint seen all the configurations of the new Recognizers. i think we'll get some rather fantastic "legs-in smashy smashy"
i can hardly wait!!!

I love those Ideas! Those would be fun to play.
And I like the idea of linked systems as well, that could probably be a star attraction to any Arcade Zone.
Also, the idea of "deuling" pinball Tron, looks entirely fun. Even though a different link is used to showcase the type of machine, I could see that being made Tron style between a "red" team and a "blue" team.

I remember the great cabinets SEGA made for their arcade games, especially the Star Wars games like Pod Racer and their classic Hang On. They made you feel like you weren't just playing the game but interacting with the game on a metaphysical level almost. They could totally do a Lightcycle game the right way.
