I think you are a bit confused.
TOMY made the original figures back in 1982. If you have a set of those on cards, you are probably into the $400 to $500 range for a set of perfect items. Slightly crushed, a lot less, but still valuable.
HOWEVER!!! If these are the 20th Anniversary figures by NECA released in 2003, then you are looking in the $10 to $20 range at best. There are a ton of those. Crushed cards, probably not worth listing.

I recently sold my perfect copies for peanuts. Nobody wants them, or at least wants to pay big money for them.
