Rusty; I didn't want to debate anyone. Was really not meaning to debate at all.
I was just expressing my impressions and point of view; Also I was just expressing that not everyone I know or (or impressions from some of articles I've read)
that not everyone has a negative impression of T:E. from what they've played of the demo.
I'm willing to give the game a chance before forming a critical analysis of the game.
I'm not saying the game is "going to be the bestest evar!" and I'm not saying what's shown so far doesn't have flaws, it does have a few flaws, and some aspects that are somewhat generic yeah.
I am willing to give this chance since it is a new Tron game and it seems like the dev team is attempting to create a good, solid game so far.
It does remain to be seen how the overall finished game will turn out. It could be turn out to be way too generic, overly repeatitive, and "flat" as some may think, or it could turn out to be a good, solid and fairly fun game.

Nope, not at all. A long, drawn out "okay" (with virtual rolling eyes) is not mean to be condescending I'm okay with expressing opinions, but don't really like minor jabs like I think this was. The "oooh kaaay" was not meant in a condesending tone at all. (i didnt mean to imply any sort of rolling of the eyes btw)
It was just a reaction to some of the comments.
My apologies if anything came off as condesending, as that tone was totally not intended.
I understand the points, but I do respectfully disagree. I gave my reasons and opinion that's all
Not trying to imply anything more, or give any kind of emotional tone, as the only emotional componant is slight bewilderment at some of the criticisms and/or nitpicks.

In all seriousness though I'm in a sit back and wait mode on T:E. Sure the trailer looks nice, and they got a good voice for the narration (well yea really c'mon. Just glad they managed to get him to do the game as well as movie. Hoping he does the Cartoon too... somehow I dunno.)
Been disappointed by games in the past, so yea... However i WILL enjoy the pretty graphics!

Maybe it's just poor choice of words sometimes then. When reading your posts, I will try to take the emotion out of it. That cool man. I'm a moderately quasi-bohemian, stoic kinda of guy.
I may strongly disagree with some of your opinions but it just an "agree to disagree" kind of thing.
I'm chill and stuff.
It's just that I love Tron and all the new Tron stuff (even the maybe good/maybe "meh" new videogames);
and some of the criticisms of some things are just kind of disheartening a bit to me.
Sorry I can't help it, I love all things Tron and so I like to find the positive side of things and express that.
I've waited so long for all this new Tron stuff, so it's hard for me to not at least express a positive side of things.
I'm not a purist and don't mind the changes and such. I like to be on the side of optimism. I don't mean to come off as argumentative or condesending.
So if I do, my humblist apologies.
