The thing about bally midway was they sold aftermarket kits for the tron arcade games.
This is where they would send you a new marquee, new side art, and a new motherboard and people would convert their trons to a Two Tigers.

One time we got one of these for $75 in mint condition, my bro may get on here and correct me, but we ripped off the side art and sure enough there was TRON, the Tron Side art was in poor poor condition, but the backfield of the mcp was still behind the old monitor.
No telling how cheap they go for now. This was in 2001 or 2000 and that was the height of the craze.
