Um I have two of them. They gave them away for free as people entered Hall H at the San Diego Comic Con.
A film crew shirt with two "Flynn's Arcade" coins is at the current starting bid of $159.95 with a buy it now price of $179.95
it's here

I *may* consider selling one of my Flynn Arcade coins, if you make me an offer Xclr8ted. "The film is about finding human connection in an increasingly digital world." - Joseph Kosinski

Interesting... I'll need to track one down for myself. I also just noticed this auction...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300346450047
where it says:
These are really cool promotional items sent out by the studio to select members of the press, etc. to promote the TRON sequel, TRON LEGACY. A small nondescript manila envelope reveals two gold Flynn's Arcade tokens and a USB drive containing promotional images, etc. Very, very cool, hard-to-find and exclusive. These tokens differ from the Comic-Con tokens as they do not say Comic-Con anywhere on them, just "Flynn's Arcade" on one side and "Home of TRON" on the other side! VERY cool! |
Of the pics I've seen I haven't noticed any that say Comic-Con on them... are there really two types of these tokens?
Thanks,
Carl

There is one type of coin as far as I can see. Can anyone provide a photo of the supposed Comicon variant?

I was wearing my Tron costume at the SDCC panel and they kept handing me coins, I have about 20 of them, and they all say the same thing: Flynn's Arcade/ Home of Tron. No Comic Con logo or anything else on there.

They must have really liked your costume. Or maybe they thought you were the real program? I'm cold and calculating. Don't press my buttons.

Well I was holding off till I was re-employed to try and pick up a FLYNN's Token on eBay. Now that I'm employed again it looks like they cost 10x (or more) then what they used to. Anyone willing to sell or trade a token or two? Check out my POV-Ray images in the Image Gallery. I could make a print or custom image in return?
And any idea how one gets a Bit? I don't see them on eBay but heard the FLYNN LIVES site was giving them out.
Thanks,
Carl

They were mailed at random to people who signed up at ComiCon (I believe)
At any rate, they are no longer being produced as far s I know. Their only purpose was to lead to the discovery of /zerohour whilst providing some cool swag.
