I've added the code to make the game run at pretty much the same speed on any computer. This came out really well. It's pretty inspirational. The source code is included.
I learned a lot on this "simple" game. I'm sure my next effort will be even better.

I couldn't add recognizers. Hard to draw one from a sideways vantage point. The only requirement is that you run the game at 640x480.
